Anthony Poni
Anthony brings a powerful blend of financial acumen and transactional expertise, making him uniquely equipped to guide and scale new partner relationships. He began his career in the mortgage industry (2000–2006), mastering the fundamentals of lead generation, pipeline management, and complex loan compliance.
In 2024, Anthony expanded his scope into institutional-grade commercial real estate, founding Clear Asset Advisors and serving as a JV Acquisition Partner at Real Estate Advanced. In these roles, he engineered joint ventures and sourced commercial assets, executing meticulous underwriting, financial data modeling, and deal structuring for properties valued from $1 million to over $500 million.
This extensive background in both high-volume residential lending and high-stakes commercial acquisitions allows Anthony to onboard, mentor, and support new partners with a highly strategic, detail-driven perspective that ensures their operational confidence and long-term growth across the 10CAP ecosystem.
